Admission Process
The admission process at Bhumi Bali School is open throughout the year. Our academic year begins in August and concludes in June.
Please note that for all grade levels, there are no academic tests required for admission. Instead, approval for enrollment is based on the classroom teacher’s evaluation during the free trial days.

The form will be reviewed, and parents will be contacted to schedule two free Trial Days.

Free Trial Days
- Each student can participate in two consecutive days of Free Trial. During the Trial Days, students join the regular learning activities led by our classroom teachers.
- Snacks and lunch are provided

Acceptance
After the Trial Days, parents will receive a letter of acceptance, which will also include payment options. Payment is available on a termly, semesterly, or yearly basis

This Registration Fee is to commit the serious interest in attending BBS and start the admission process. This fee is non-refundable.

Early Bird Discount: An early payment incentive offers a 5% discount on tuition fees for those who choose semester or annual payment plans and complete their payment by July 31, 2024.
As an international school that provides high-class education to its students, BBS accommodates the needs of families transitioning to or from Bali by allowing student enrollment at any point during the academic year.
Should students enroll at BBS during the school year, tuition fee will be charged based on the selected payment plan.
In the event of a student’s withdrawal throughout the academic year, tuition fees are non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made if the vacated spot is filled by a new student, a situation that requires detailed discussion with the School’s Head.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In addition to the information above, the following terms and conditions are in place for all admissions.
- By completing the payment of tuition fees and entrusting their children to the institution, parents/guardians acknowledge their acceptance of an agreement governed by the terms and conditions outlined here and those previously mentioned.
- Invoices detailing payable fees will be issued with a specified payment deadline. In the case of any overpayments, the excess amount will be credited towards future invoices rather than refunded.
- It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to provide the school with accurate contact information and to notify the school in writing of any changes.
- The invoice will be sent to the Email address registered by the parents/guardians
- Any bank charges are the responsibility of the parents/ guardians.
- In the event of emergency situations that could affect the ability to fulfill financial or other obligations, parents/guardians are required to promptly inform the Head of School via email at headofschool@bbs.com to discuss the circumstances.
- Late payments are subject to an additional late fee of 1% per week.
